Launching a creator campaign has never been easier.

Our four step system is amazingly simple, and allows you to deploy a campaign in less than a few hours via the following process:

Meet with us to create your campaign:

Meet with our founder to map out your campaign needs - and get all of the information needed into our system. You tell us who you want to reach, where you want to reach them, what your budget is, how many creators you want to deploy, and what sort of content you are looking to generate.  At this point, we also work together to determine your brand's offer, your creator persona's, outreach messaging, and offer.

We take care of all creator outreach:

After your campaign is created, The Talent Effect identifies, contacts, and manages a list of social media users to execute your creator campaign. You have the option to approve our list of prospective creators, or, you can let us do 100% of the work for outreach & opt-in. At this point, we will have developed a highly specific creator persona, so we typically take the reigns here while the brands focus on running their company.

You ship your products or deliver your service:

Once you have approved the creators that will be working on your campaign,  and they have accepted the parameters, it's time to ship the products. We provide the creator's shipping addresses, and you the brand are in charge of delivery. At this time, a joint campaign checklist is shared, that shows all of the tasks that each creator must execute on to complete their campaign. This list is able to be updated in real-time, giving both the brand and the creator a clear idea of deliverables, timelines, and progress.

Collect your UGC & Experience The Talent Effect:

Once the creators have received their products, it's time to sit back and let them do what they do best. The creators will fulfil their campaign obligations (example: one tagged story, one google review, and one UGC reel filmed), within the agreed upon timeline, and all content created in the process will be made available to you, fully licensed for use on your channels.
